Key ResponsibilitiesThe specific duties will be broad, often encompassing the entire employee lifecycle and general office administration:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates (which may include specialist pest control technicians) to conducting interviews and facilitating placement. This includes coordinating with department heads to understand specific manpower requirements.
Onboarding & Documentation:
Handling new employee joining formalities, induction, and onboarding, and ensuring all necessary documentation (e.g., offer letters, confirmation letters) is completed.
Employee Records & Management:
Maintaining accurate employee records (both soft and hard copies), managing attendance, leave tracking, and supporting performance evaluations.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Assisting with payroll inputs, handling employee relations and grievances, and ensuring the company complies with all relevant labor laws and safety regulations.
Administration & Facility Management:
Overseeing general administrative functions, which may include managing front desk operations, vendor relationships, petty cash, and coordinating facility services such as office hygiene and even the company's own pest control services.
Vendor Management:
Maintaining relationships and records for various vendors, tracking pricing and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
Previous experience in an HR or an HR/Admin combined role is typically required.
Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and potentially HR management software is also necessary.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often beneficial.
