Job Description

HR & Recruitment:



- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

- Post job openings on various platforms and coordinate with hiring managers.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

- Assist in preparing offer letters and other HR documentation.

- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Administrative Duties:



- Manage office supplies, documentation, and general administration.

- Maintain attendance records and support payroll processing.

- Liaise with internal departments for administrative and HR support.

- Handle travel bookings, event coordination, and staff communication.

- Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
