We are looking for an energetic and organized HR Recruiter cum Admin to handle end-to-end recruitment activities along with office administration. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with good communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, technical, and admin roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews
Coordinate joining formalities and documentation
Maintain employee records and recruitment trackers
HR Operations
Assist in onboarding and induction processes
Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR MIS
Support payroll inputs and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with company HR policies
Administration
Handle day-to-day office administration
Manage calls, emails, and office correspondence
Maintain office files and records
Coordinate with management and branch teams
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Degree / MBA (HR preferred)
Experience: 0-1 years in HR recruitment or admin role
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
Knowledge of MS Office and email communication
Organized, responsible, and multitasking ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
