We are hiring for an HR cum admin (immediate joiner) to join our team at the IT company. Strong focus on hiring new talent and supporting our current employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle--hiring process, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Develop and maintain effective hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth induction and timely completion of HR documentation & background checks.
Maintain employee records, documents, and leave & attendance records.
Create MIS reports and maintain all hiring records on a weekly basis.
Coordinate general administrative tasks, including company expenses and petty cash.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or recruitment. (IT hiring preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media to find and connect with candidates.
Strong understanding of MS Excel.
