Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare / non-healthcare roles (as assigned)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback and closures
Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within TAT
Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
0-3 years of experience in recruitment / consultancy preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
