Job Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for multiple positions

Candidate sourcing

through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases

Screening & shortlisting

resumes as per client requirements Conduct

telephonic and preliminary interviews

Coordinate

interviews between candidates and clients

Understand and discuss

client requirements

clearly Maintain

candidate and client follow-up

till closure Manage recruitment trackers and MIS Ensure

timely closures

as per hiring targets

Requirements:

Graduate (Any stream) 0-3 years of experience in

recruitment / staffing consultancy

preferred Good

communication skills (Hindi & English)

Ability to handle

multiple requirements simultaneously

Basic knowledge of

job portals

and MS Excel
