Job Description

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for technical and non-technical roles. Source candidates through

job portals, referrals, social media, and databases

. Screen resumes, conduct

initial interviews

, and coordinate with hiring managers. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain

candidate data, MIS reports, and recruitment trackers

. Ensure

timely closure of positions

as per hiring requirements. Support

employer branding and job postings

on various platforms. Assist in

HR documentation and onboarding

activities.
Requirements:

Graduate / MBA in

HR or related field

preferred. Experience in

recruitment / talent acquisition

. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiar knowledge of

job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)

. Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
