Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
Issue offer letters and support onboarding activities.
Schedule and follow up on interviews.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Good knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
