Key Responsibilities:



Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule interviews with Director. Maintain a database of potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Coordinate and follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other related documents. Support in onboarding and induction of new employees. Employee engagement / Employee relations

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in recruitment or similar HR roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (e.g., Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna etc.).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
