Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Build a strong employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during hiring.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or consultancy). Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines. Knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Office.
