Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
Understand job requirements and create clear job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and professional networks.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support in campus recruitment and bulk hiring drives (if required).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter (consultancy or corporate).
Familiarity with recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
