Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments (technical & non-technical)
Sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, references, and field visits when needed
Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews
Coordinating interviews with department heads
Following up with candidates till joining
Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
Ensuring a smooth onboarding process in coordination with the HR operations team
Who Can Apply:
