We are looking for a

dedicated and sharp HR Recruiter

to join our HR team at

Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd.

The selected candidate will focus

exclusively on recruitment-related tasks

and help us in building a strong and capable workforce. This role is ideal for someone who has

prior experience in a recruitment agency or placement consultancy

, as such candidates tend to be well-versed with sourcing, screening, and closing roles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments (technical & non-technical) Sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, references, and field visits when needed Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews Coordinating interviews with department heads Following up with candidates till joining Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports Ensuring a smooth onboarding process in coordination with the HR operations team

Who Can Apply:

Must have

good command over English

(spoken and written) Should be

target-oriented

, proactive, and organized Strong communication and coordination skills Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word)

Qualification:

Graduate or Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration or any relevant field 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
