Hotel Vivek is looking for an energetic and organized Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for various hotel departments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to source and hire candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle for all hotel departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and local networks
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
Conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews with department heads
Maintain candidate database and tracking sheets
Ensure timely closure of vacancies
Assist in onboarding and documentation for selected candidates
Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
6 months-2 years of recruitment/HR experience (hospitality experience is a plus)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines
Basic knowledge of HR processes

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
