Key Responsibilities:
Support
end-to-end recruitment activities
: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and follow-ups.
Assist in
contract preparation
, onboarding documentation, and induction process for new hires.
Maintain and update
HR databases
, employee records, and trackers.
Assist with
HR compliance tasks
, including document verification and contract renewals.
Support
employee engagement initiatives
, surveys, and team events.
Help in preparing HR reports, attendance summaries, and basic data analysis.
Provide administrative support to the HR team and respond to routine employee queries.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or completed a
Bachelor's degree
in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
