End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
across functions Work in a consulting environment, managing client expectations Source and screen candidates via job portals, referrals, and networks Schedule interviews and facilitate smooth hiring processes Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Provide market insights and recruitment strategy inputRequirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment Prior experience in a recruitment consulting firm is a must Strong communication and client management skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
