Hiring Embassy, a leading placement consultancy, is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Human Resources Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional who can seamlessly manage end-to-end recruitment while driving business development and leading recruitment teams to achieve collective targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition:

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and placing candidates as per client requirements across various industries.

- Client Acquisition & Management:

Identify potential clients, pitch recruitment services, and build strong relationships to fulfill their talent needs effectively.

- Business Development:

Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base, exploring new markets, and maintaining long-term partnerships with key accounts.

- Process Optimization:

Continuously improve recruitment workflows, team productivity, and client satisfaction through best practices and performance tracking.

Requirements:

Proven experience in HR recruitment within a consultancy or agency setting. Strong client relationship and business development skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead recruitment teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Proficiency in recruitment tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in client-facing roles within a staffing or placement agency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
