Understand job requirements from client companies. Coordinate with HR or hiring managers of client firms. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Use job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), and internal databases to identify suitable candidates. Conduct headhunting or passive candidate search when required. Review resumes and applications. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability (telephonic/video/in-person). Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and salary expectations against job roles. Draft and post job advertisements on portals and social media platforms. Ensure accurate and appealing job descriptions to attract top talent. Schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Prepare candidates for interviews with company-specific tips and insights. Follow up for interview feedback from both ends. Maintain and update the candidate database regularly. Track application statuses and candidate history. Assist in salary negotiations between client and candidate. Ensure offer letters are issued and acknowledged by candidates. Ensure the selected candidate joins on time. Address and resolve pre-joining issues if any.
