Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
from requirement gathering to offer negotiation & closure.
Partner with clients to understand
hiring needs, job specifications, and organizational culture
.
Source candidates aggressively
using job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and networking.
Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability as per client requirements.
Coordinate interviews
between clients and candidates; ensure timely feedback and follow-ups.
Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a
consultative partner
on recruitment strategies.
Consistently
achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets
.
Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline
for future requirements.
Keep updated with
market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies
.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in
consultancy/agency recruitment

Strong exposure to
IT / Non-IT / volume / niche hiring
(customize as per your need).
Excellent skills in
sourcing, networking, and headhunting

Strong client engagement and relationship management abilities.

in approach.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or any relevant field.
2-6 years of experience in a
consultancy/agency recruitment role
