Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for roles in
construction projects
(Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, MEP professionals) and
hospital projects
(Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical Staff, Administrative Staff).
Partner with project managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source and screen candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), professional networks, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage candidate communication.
Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS reports.
Build a strong healthcare & construction industry talent pipeline.
Requirements
Experience:
1-2 years in
construction and/or hospital recruitment
.
Education:
Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of technical hiring for
construction/engineering roles
and
healthcare staffing
.
Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements under deadlines.
