We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has
extensive exposure in the Civil Building Construction industry
. The candidate must have strong
personal networks and contacts
within the construction workforce community (engineers, supervisors, skilled/unskilled workers) and should be capable of
mobilizing manpower quickly without relying solely on job portals
.
Key Responsibilities
Manpower Recruitment & Deployment
Source skilled and unskilled manpower (Project Manager, Project engineers, supervisors, masons, carpenters, bar benders, fitters, helpers, etc.) through
personal industry contacts
.
Maintain a standby manpower pool for immediate project requirements.
Conduct interviews, verify credentials, and finalize site deployment.
Site HR & Industrial Relations
Ensure smooth HR operations at project sites including attendance, accommodation, food, and welfare facilities.
Handle labour-related issues, grievances, and ensure harmony at sites.
Liaison with contractors, subcontractors, and local authorities
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification
: MBA (HR) / MSW / PG Diploma in HR & IR.
Experience
: Minimum 5-15 years in
Civil Building Construction HR
(residential, commercial, or industrial building projects).
Industry Network
: Must have
strong personal contacts
for sourcing manpower (not dependent on portals).
Skills Required
:
Strong knowledge of construction labour management.
Hands-on experience with statutory compliance.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
