Job Description

Create, update, and post job descriptions across multiple platforms, including job boards and social media.
Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as professional networking sites like LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone and video interviews, and coordinate further interviews with the hiring team.
Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit, often using behavioral and situational questions, and potentially skills or personality assessments.
Extend job offers, manage the negotiation process, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Requirements

  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with productivity software, database management, and internet search methods.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Sound knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and business environments.
