- Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone/video screenings and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidate suitability.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and networking events.
- Promote employer branding and showcase company culture to attract top talent.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification- MBA-HR
Experience : Minimum 1+yrs experience in Same field
