Screening - Telephonic screening of suitable candidates and sending relevant CVs to HR for further screening and Sending HR approved CVs to the hiring manager. 3. Interview - Scheduling telephonic/personal interviews of shortlisted candidates with hiring manager. 4. Salary negotiation & Telephonic reference check process handling. 5.
