Responsibilities: The objective of this role is to understand the clients' hiring requirements and serve them on an end-to-end basis. Responsible for screening candidates for knowledge, skills, experience to scheduling them for further evaluation and then helping the client with final offer and salary negotiation. Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment, providing relevant solutions. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Source suitable candidates using databases, social media and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client and maintaining a candidate database. Headhunt (find and approach candidates who aren't actively looking for a job) Screen candidates resumes and job applications on relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Negotiating pay and salary and finalizing arrangements between client and candidate Required Skills. Consultancy recruitment experience is must. Ambitious and eager to hit goals each month. Exposure to middle level to senior level hiring is required Desired Skills. Exposure to both IT as well as non-IT recruitment will be preferred.Requirements: 3-5 years of IT and non-IT recruitment experience. Consultancy recruitment experience is must.
