Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for IT, BPO, Sales, and support roles. This position is ideal for candidates who are target-driven, good communicators, and passionate about hiring the right talent.

Candidates with prior experience in IT or BPO recruitment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, BPO, Sales, and corporate roles Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily hiring reports Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation coordination Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Follow company hiring SOPs and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Strong screening and interview coordination skills Ability to work on multiple open positions simultaneously Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring metrics Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation Comfortable working with targets and deadlines Graduate / Post-graduate in HR or related field
Preferred (Added Advantage)

Experience in IT recruitment / BPO recruitment Experience working with job portals Knowledge of bulk hiring or volume recruitment Prior experience in consultancy or agency hiring
