Job Description

We are looking for a smart and proactive

HR Recruiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for

US International Voice Processes

and possess a strong network of candidates in the Tricity region.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for our inbound customer engagement teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition:

Manage the hiring cycle for International Voice roles (Inbound Process).

Sourcing:

Utilize portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and

local references

to find candidates with excellent communication skills.

Screening:

Conduct initial telephonic rounds to check for

English fluency

, voice quality, and shift flexibility.

Coordination:

Line up candidates for operational rounds and ensure high joining ratios.

Database Management:

Build a pipeline of immediate joiners for upcoming batches.

Candidate Requirements:



Experience:

Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in the

International BPO sector

.

Market Knowledge:

Must be familiar with the

Tricity candidate market

and salary standards for US processes.

Skills:

Strong judgment skills to identify candidates with good stability and communication.

Communication:

Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
