Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments.

Sourcing:

Proactively identify candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.

Screening:

Conduct initial phone screens to assess applicant qualifications and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Management:

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview criteria.

Onboarding:

Assist in the transition from "candidate" to "employee" by managing offer letters and orientation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
