Reporting and Analytics:

- Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
