Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years

Salary Range: ₹13,000 - ?18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.

Post job openings on various platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Conduct telephonic/initial rounds of interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers and update the database regularly.

Coordinate for walk-in interviews and job fairs if needed.

Ensure timely closures of open positions.Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Management, or related field).

6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR role.

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly salary: ₹14,000 to ?18,000 (based on experience and performance).

Job Type: Full-time
