Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring decisions. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
for various roles across multiple industries.
Source candidates using
job portals, social media, internal databases, networking, and referrals
.
Screen resumes and conduct
telephonic/video interviews
to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
Maintain a strong
candidate pipeline
for future requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with
clients
to understand hiring needs.
Prepare and share
candidate profiles
and interview feedback promptly.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with both candidates and clients.
Maintain recruitment MIS/reports and adhere to
target timelines
.
Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years in recruitment, preferably in a staffing/consultancy firm.
Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
