Require 2-4 Years Experience
Collaborate with department heads to understand the manpower needs, job descriptions, and required qualifications for various non-IT roles like sales, marketing, admin, operations, Service, etc.
Sourcing and Screening Candidates:Use job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals to source candidates. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic or initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
Scheduling Interviews and Coordination:Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring teams, coordinate timings, follow up for feedback, and ensure a smooth interview process.
Candidate Relationship Management:Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement, provide updates, and manage offer negotiations.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain recruitment trackers, generate daily/weekly reports, handle candidate documentation, and ensure compliance with HR policies during the hiring process.
