Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal teams
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Assist in offer rollouts and follow-up with selected candidates
Support employer branding and recruitment drives
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
0-6 months of experience in recruitment
Basic knowledge of hiring processes and HR practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation
