Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level to mid-level BPO roles (Voice, Non-Voice, Blended, Chat, Email).
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine), social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess communication skills & job fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers & operations teams.
Conduct HR rounds, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
Maintain candidate pipelines for bulk and niche hiring needs.
Ensure joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding processes are completed.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates/reports.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in BPO recruitment (preferably bulk hiring).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with hiring tools, ATS, and job portals.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Good understanding of BPO processes, shifts, and hiring requirements.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
