About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven

HR Recruiter

with strong experience in

bulk hiring for BPO/Contact Center operations

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for high-volume sourcing, screening, and onboarding for voice, non-voice, and blended processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for bulk hiring requirements (voice, non-voice, chat, blended). Source candidates through

job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, campus hiring

, and local recruitment drives. Conduct initial screening (telephonic/face-to-face) to assess communication skills and job fit. Schedule interviews with operations teams and coordinate assessment rounds.

2. Recruitment Operations

Drive

daily/weekly hiring targets

to support business ramp-ups and attrition backfills. Organize and manage

walk-in drives

, recruitment events, and mass hiring activities. Ensure timely selection, offer rollout, and documentation collection.
