Work Hours:

11:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 to ?25,000 per month

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven

HR Recruiter

to join our recruitment team. The role involves handling end-to-end

bulk hiring for BPO roles

, sourcing the right talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements

MBA graduate with

1-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or bulk recruitment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a

fast-paced, target-driven

environment Familiarity with hiring platforms like

Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

Responsibilities:

Handle bulk hiring for various BPO positions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Schedule and manage interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment reports. Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives as needed.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
