Role: Recruiter
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: 6 Days Work from Office
Experience: 3 -5 Years

What You'll Do: Specifically looking for BPO Hiring , Non-IT Experience
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals to find top talent
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
Maintain recruitment reports and ATS data

? Strong communication & coordination skills
? Experience in recruiting via job portals & LinkedIn
? Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques
? Passion for Bulk hiring and building great teams

Job Type: Full-time
