3-5 years of proven experience hiring blue-collared workforce in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) industry (essential) and white-collar recruitment.
Talent Sourcing & Hiring:
- Execute bulk recruitment for blue-collar positions (housekeeping, security, technicians, etc.) and white-collar roles in the IFM business.
- Build and manage self-sourcing channels: job portals, internal database, employee referrals, social media, field networking, and industry contacts.
- Meet strict hiring timelines for new vacancies and backfills with a 95% on-time closure rate.
Onboarding & Documentation:
- Conduct smooth onboarding of all selected candidates including documentation, KYC, and induction.
- Coordinate with site managers for deployment of blue-collar workforce.
Background Verification (BGV):
- Liaise with BGV agencies for timely verification of credentials and maintain 100% compliance.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with operations, HR, and site leads to forecast manpower requirements and plan proactive hiring.
Process & Compliance:
- Maintain updated recruitment MIS and dashboards.
- Ensure all hiring processes follow statutory and company guidelines.
