Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced HR Recruiters to handle blue-collar and bulk recruitment across our operations. Both male and female candidates can apply.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Manage bulk hiring drives for roles such as Security, Housekeeping, Delivery, and other support staff.
Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure timely hiring.
Coordinate with internal departments and build strong relationships with candidates.
Use job portals, social media, and referrals to attract candidates.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in blue-collar bulk hiring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring positions and work efficiently under pressure.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
Benefits:
Monday-Friday work schedule, Saturday & Sunday fixed off.
Salary
:
?20,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience).
