Job Description
Guest Blogging Technology is a link-building agency that specializes in guest blogging and content creation. We help companies build their brand, and increase traffic to their websites. We are looking to onboard an organized and detail-oriented \xe2\x80\x9cHR & Operations Executive\xe2\x80\x9d to assist with Recruitment and Operations activities. Our ideal candidate will be a quick learner, an outstanding listener, and an enthusiastic team player.
- Work closely to understand the company\xe2\x80\x99s hiring needs, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
- Screen resumes and manages candidates throughout the interview process.
- Grow a database of qualified talents as new positions open up.
- Screen resumes of candidates and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process.
- Performs HR duties as assigned including onboarding, training, employee engagement, and other related activities.
- Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all company records, all employee records, and information.
Contract length: 6 months Salary: 98,000.00 - 915,000.00 per month Benefits:
