We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to meet our organization's current and future staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
full recruitment cycle
- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Post job openings on relevant platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Source candidates through
databases, social media, employee referrals, and job fairs.
Conduct
initial interviews
(telephonic/video) and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/departmental interviews.
Maintain and update candidate records in the
HR database and ATS.
Prepare and send
offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
for future hiring needs.
Assist in
employer branding
and HR-related activities/events.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience as a
Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive.
Strong knowledge of
sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to
multi-task and meet deadlines.
Good understanding of
HR policies and procedures.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years
of experience in recruitment (preferably in a similar industry).
Familiarity with
ATS software
and MS Office tools.

HR Manager
Salary Range:
20K-30K
Work Days:
Monday to Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
