We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
HR Recruiter
to join our team. The role involves handling
bulk hiring processes
, managing
payroll operations
, and maintaining strong
employee and stakeholder relationships
. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build trust and engagement with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage bulk hiring drives for multiple departments.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements.
Payroll Management
Assist in preparation, verification, and processing of payroll.
Ensure accuracy in salary disbursements, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, taxes, etc.).
Maintain employee payroll records and resolve payroll-related queries.
Employee Relationship Management
Act as a bridge between employees and management to address queries and concerns.
Support in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement activities.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process.
Experience in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment.
Familiarity with payroll systems and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment, payroll, or HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software/tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
