Job Summary:
Media Tech Temple is hiring an
HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment data.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates from Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Post job openings and manage responses
Maintain candidate tracker / ATS / Google Sheets
Ensure smooth candidate communication and follow-ups
Support onboarding and joining formalities

Required Skills:
Experience or strong interest in HR Recruitment
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Ability to manage multiple openings
Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, Google Sheets)
Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred)
Freshers with HR interest may apply

Salary Package:
?12,000 - ?18,000 per month
