to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. A successful recruiter will build strong talent pipelines and help the organization meet its staffing needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job descriptions and hiring needs from department heads
Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and applications
Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications and interest
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking systems
Send job offers and handle onboarding coordination
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research
Assist with employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives
Generate and share recruitment reports with leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related any field
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (preferred but not mandatory for fresher positions)
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Fluency in English multiple languages is an advantage
