Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (Onsite)

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Work Days: Monday-Friday (Weekends Off)

Experience Required: 1-3 years in Recruitment

What You'll Do:

Drive complete end-to-end recruitment cycles with ownership.

Source top candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Manage everything from screening to onboarding with precision.

Build strong pipelines for BFSI/NBFC niche roles.

Collaborate with hiring managers for timely and quality closures.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every step.

Who We're Looking For:

1-3 years of proven recruitment experience.

Mandatory experience in BFSI/NBFC hiring.

Strong sourcing skills and hands-on job portal expertise.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client coordination abilities.

Ability to work onsite from our Goregaon East office.
