Drive
bulk hiring
for sales, operations, and support functions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements.
Ensure timely offer rollouts, documentation, and smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs.
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the
BFSI sector
.
Strong exposure to
bulk hiring
and high-volume recruitment.
Good knowledge of sourcing channels, especially job portals and social media.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and deliver within timelines.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
