Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company \xe2\x80\xa2Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results \xe2\x80\xa2Organize training materials and oversee training programs \xe2\x80\xa2Ensure that the planned training programs stay within budget \xe2\x80\xa2Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management \xe2\x80\xa2Research the latest HR technologies and training software \xe2\x80\xa2Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field \xe2\x80\xa25+ years of experience as an HR Training and Development Officer or a similar role \xe2\x80\xa2Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2Strong research, organizational, and planning skills \xe2\x80\xa2Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb934,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per month Schedule:
