job portals, social media hiring, and walk-in drives

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for various

banking job roles

Sourcing and screening candidates based on job requirements Coordinating and scheduling interviews with clients/hiring managers Maintaining a strong candidate database Meeting recruitment targets within deadlines Building relationships with candidates and ensuring a good hiring experience Reporting daily progress to the manager

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Must have previous experience recruiting for

banking profiles

(e.g., sales officers, relationship managers, loan officers)

Target-driven

, organized, and self-motivated Good negotiation and interpersonal skills Ready to join

immediately or within a short notice

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
