Roles and Responsibilities

Understand the hiring requirement
Regularly meet / interact with clients and take feedback
Search and identify relevant profiles
Shortlist and process relevant profiles
Follow-up on candidate interview and selection schedule
Complete weekly and monthly assigned tasks
Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree

1-3 years of experience in related industry or Recruitment or Hiring or Telesales

Should will be well versed with all hiring portals like Naukri / Monster / Timesjob etc.

Experience in shortlisting candidates across Platforms and mediums

Client interaction capabilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary

Rs. 3.00 Lacs - 4.2 Lacs / Annum Plus Quarterly Bonus
