Key Responsibilities
Recruitment strategy & execution: Understanding business requirements, sourcing, interviewing, screening, and selection of candidates.
Enhancing & developing supplier relationships: i.e., Colleges, Universities, various Employee Search firms, Internet Job Boards, LinkedIn, etc.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Roles and Key Responsibilities
Minimum of 1.6+ years of recruiting experience with full-cycle recruitment - identifying opportunities, creating job postings, sourcing & collection of resumes through various means, pre-screening/qualifying candidates, pre-employment testing, interviewing, reference/background checks, and onboarding of new hires.
Ability to develop a pool of candidates, using proactive recruiting methods, in anticipation of near-term and future needs.
Sourcing knowledge and experience - must have extensive experience with traditional and social media methods of sourcing candidates.
Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize a variety of tasks and projects.
Expected Work Experience, Key Skills, and Personality Traits
Should have relevant experience of at least 1+ years with credible expertise & familiarity in handling recruitment in a professional services organization.
Should be passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and industries.
Must be good in communication with external & internal stakeholders, must have good interpersonal skills, and must be good with convincing & negotiation skills.
Should be able to give attention to details and must be organized, disciplined, and professional in attitude and approach.
Excellent computer skills and demonstrable working knowledge of MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and must have extensively worked on job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc. Must have a good presence on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, dependable work ethic, strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task, ability to prioritize amongst various tasks in a deadline-driven environment, dependable, self-motivated, willing to proactively take ownership and initiative, and must be collaborative.
Pleasing personality with good personal attributes.
Ability to organize, plan & prioritize a variety of tasks and projects.
Motivation, energy, and sense of urgency.
Self-starter who displays a positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in ZOHO Recruit or other similar ATS platforms.
Preference will be given to recruiters with non-IT recruitment experience, specifically those who have successfully hired for Finance & Accounts roles.
