We are hiring HR Recruiter Non-IT in Bangalore (Kormangala) Experience- 2 to 4yrs Monday to Friday working (1oam to 7pm) Experience in BPO hiring, Telesales hiring mandatory. What you will do in this role Coordinate with respective functional heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, interview processes. Define and implement Ensure all recruitment metrics are met. Create/define dashboards/metrics/measurements of success and conduct regular reporting of those to the key stakeholders. To take care of Pan- India Hiring To ensure the ideal source mix is maintained to be cost effective To be innovative & think out of the box to source & attract talent To have in depth understanding of the company & its policies to pitch correctly to the candidates To conduct interviews, administer tests, roll out offer etc. (end to end recruitment activity) Work on recruitment related projects What you should have 2-4 years of experience. Strong in financials and analytics.
